The Moving Process
1. ESTIMATION
Estimating the price is the first step in the process of moving. This will be done by our specialist who will travel to your residence free of charge to assess the volume of furniture and goods to be moved, the floors from which the goods will be lowered / climbed and the access conditions. Taking into account the factors listed above and your requirements regarding the wrapping / packaging of the goods, our specialist will present you the price offer and will establish with you all the details of the move.
2. ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING SERVICE
For packaging, our team will travel to your residence / headquarters on the day the move is scheduled or, depending on the volume of the goods, a day or two in advance. Our colleagues will pack, wrap and disassemble for you pieces of furniture that cannot be handled other than disassembled. Packaging materials can be purchased from us or from our own sources.
3.TRANSPORT SERVICE
After the packing process, the furniture and goods will be loaded into the truck for transportation to your new location. Furniture and all bulky items will be securely anchored and protected with embossed cardboard and blankets, so that fragile furniture and items will be transported safely. We take responsibility for keeping your furniture and items intact, free of damage, throughout transportation and handling!
4. UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLING FURNITURE
The end of the moving operation consists in assembling the furniture and placing it in positions, as well as dividing the boxes and objects in the rooms specified by you. Upon request, we can assist you with the unpacking process, and in the end we will collect and dispose of the packaging materials used in the relocation process and further unwanted.
